In 1989, after playing three years at San Jose State University, Jeff began coaching and has been coaching ever since. His experience includes high school, club, and collegiate volleyball. He has also been coaching with USA Volleyball since 2000.
Jeff's began coaching for South Valley Volleyball Club (San Jose) before becoming the head coach at Independence High School. Within a short period, Jeff was hired as an assistant at San Jose State University.
While at San Jose State, Jeff left South Valley to coach Team Mizuno, a star-studded team that included Kerri Walsh. Team Mizuno eventually won the 18 Open division going 99-4 that season.
In 1996, Jeff became an assistant at Fresno State and joined Central Cal VBC.
In 2000, Jeff was invited to assist the USA Select Team at the inaugural HP Championships and continued to coach various teams and camps to this day including a Silver Medal with the USA Junior A1 Team at the HP Championships. Jeff was later invited to serve as Team Leader for the USA Women's National Team during the 2019 Volleyball Nations League in Lincoln, NE.
Since 1999, Jeff has served as the head coach at West Hills College in Coalinga.
Jeff continues to pursue his volleyball and coaching education regularly and is a member of USA Volleyball Education cadre. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Biomechanics and serves as Biology faculty at West Hills College.
After an amazing playing career at Bullard High School, Richard began coaching for his alma mater in 2013 coaching both boys and girls teams.
Richard also coached middle school teams while coaching with Fresno Volleyball Club and then for Central Cal VBC. In 2018 Richard joined the staff with Shorebreak Beach Volleyball Club.
In 2016, Richard joined the coaching staff at Fresno City College and quickly helped FCC advance to, and subsequently win its first state championship in school history. Richard's primary responsibility was Libero training and team defense. In 2018, Richard helped guide the Rams to a state runner-up finish.
In 2019, Richard joined Elite Beach Volleyball Club and simultaneously helped guide Fresno City College to a Northern California playoff appearance in its inaugural season.
Richard primarily serves as defensive coordinator for Team 559 and continues his volleyball education while also pursuing his degree.
Hunter has coached and played for multiple programs of various skill levels and demographics throughout his volleyball related professional career. This experience ranges from playing professionally both overseas and domestically, to coaching at high school, junior college, and 4 year university levels over a span of 10 years.
Hunter moved to Fresno in 1997, where he attended Bullard High School and then CSU-Fresno, majoring in Business Administration-Finance.
In 2009, Hunter began coaching volleyball and has coached for multiple local volleyball programs, including Bullard High School, Fresno Volleyball Club and Central Cal VBC.
In 2015, Hunter joined the staff at Fresno State as an assistant coach and technical coordinator. In 2016, he joined the staff at Fresno City College and helped lead the team to the school's first ever state championship.
Hunter played volleyball collegiately for Fresno State before playing professionally for Lanstede Volleyball (Netherlands). In 2014, Hunter returned to Northern California to play for NorCal Premier, the only semi-professional league in the US.
Hunter primarily serves as the offensive coordinator for Team 559 and continues his volleyball education regularly.
